We are also fully aware of the tremendous burden of work and burden each individual is facing as you prepare for this national emergency and care for yourself and loved ones. During this challenging time, we want to remove as many external burdens to your PROGRAMS ACCESS as much as we can. Accordingly, we will continue to open our doors and enable you to come in at your own pace to allow you to focus on other obligations. Our doors will remain closed on Saturdays to enable you recover and be prepared for the new week.

The impact and effects of the Covid-19 pandemic have been unprecedented and far-reaching. We have provided for use at all our clinics PREVENTIVE MEASURES that are identified as most directly relevant to the prevention of infection.
It is important to safeguard your mental health especially during this physical distancing (Social Distancing). We encourage you to do more of social bridging while trying to prevent infections from the virus. A healthy lifestyle will make all bodily functions work better, including immunity. Eating healthy diets, with plenty of fruit and vegetables, keeping physically active, quitting smoking, limiting or avoiding alcohol intake, and getting enough sleep are key components of a healthy lifestyle.

Preventive Tips for Our Clients:
1. Continue to take your medication and follow medical advice
2. Secure a one month supply of your medication or longer if possible
3. Keep a distance of at least one metre from people with a cough, cold or flu
4. Wash your hands often with soap and water
5. Quit smoking and avoid using coping strategies involving alcohol or drugs
6. Safeguard your mental health by having enough exercises and Physical Activity.
